Lily Allen has taken it back to her MySpace days and has put up some old demos on SoundCloud.
The five songs were most likely recorded during the singer’s Sheezus sessions – with four of the five being produced by Greg Kurstin – and include I Don’t Mind Babe, a previously confirmed track that didn’t make the final album cut.
My Town is a more ballsy Life For Me as the 29-year-old compares her past to her present whereas I Was Born In The 80s sees her speak out “on behalf of the UK” at David Cameron, which would have sparked even more controversy than the Hard Out Here video had it been released.
What do you think about these demos? Should they have been on Sheezus?
