LISTEN: Britney Spears’ “Work Bitch” Leaks / Rush-Released 1 Day Early

You want a hot body? You want a Bugatti? You better work bitch!’

The Queen of Pop has done it again.

She may be 7 albums deep into her career, but Britney Spears still manages to bring something new to the table.

With her new single, ‘Work Bitch‘, Britney demands the listener’s attention with her explicit demands over throbbing house beats, courtesy of and Sebastian Ingrosso, one-third of Swedish House Mafia.

The queen of comebacks’ new single has leaked one day before its scheduled radio premiere. ‘Work Bitch‘ is the exact opposite of what we’ve came to expect from Britney, and she’s about to blow up all over again with the house-infused EDM track.

On first listen it may come as a shock to the system and perhaps even a bit predictable, but ‘Work Bitch‘ is the least predictable stunt Britney could have pulled. Despite the mainstream success that house music has enjoyed recently, no pop star has dared to try their hand at the genre – and for such a high-profile icon to do it is very risky.

Sure, she’s flirted with dance music throughout her 15-year career and contributed to 2012’s biggest dance hit ‘Scream & Shout‘ but Britney has never released such an unapologetically epic dance anthem. There’s no sweet lullaby lyrics or softly sang verses on ‘Work Bitch‘.

Following the early leak, Britney tweeted her sadness at the news but revealed the song’s premiere has been moved from tomorrow (Sept. 16) at 6pm EST to TODAY at 3pm EST. ‘Work Bitch‘ will also be released to one day earlier as it will be available on iTunes from midnight tonight.
