Former Disney movie teen queen Lindsay Lohan has been sentenced to 120 days split between rehab and community service orders in her latest brush with the law as she agrees to the last minute plea, avoiding jail time.
In yet another setback to her movie career comeback, LiLo has agreed to spending 90 days in a locked rehabilitation treatment centre followed by 30 days of community service to avoid spending time in jail. The red-headed starlet is also required to spend 18 months of court-mandatory psychotherapy, as well as having 2 years probation.
The sentence comes as the result of Lindsay reportedly lying to the police following a car crash she was involved in last June whilst filming her Lifetime TV movie Liz & Dick. However, the actress has pleaded not guilty to this accusation and two other misdemeanour charges – reckless driving, lying to police and obstructing officers from performing their duties – in what is yet another offence added to her already extensive résumé of crooked behaviour.
The actress can be seen in Scary Movie 5 when it is released April 12 (UK).
