Last night Beyoncé successfully shut down the Superdome (literally) following her spectacular half-time show at the Superbowl XLVII, and she wasted no time announcing her world tour on the back of the performance.
Just hours after her 12-minute set was watched by over 100 million people, the Crazy In Love singer announced the first set of tour dates for her third world tour, entitled the Mrs Carter Show.
The Mrs Carter Show World Tour is scheduled to kick off much sooner than expected as Beyoncé will perform in Serbia on April 15. With more than 20 European dates and 20 North American dates following the first show, the Destiny’s Child superstar will perform eight dates in the UK in her first tour since 2009’s I Am… World Tour.
