Musical maestro Justin Timberlake is set to return to the stage at this year’s Grammy Awards ceremony.
The annual Grammys ceremony will be broadcast live on February 10 as the SexyBack singer will make his onstage performing his new single Suit & Tie for the first time.
Justin’s comeback single has slipped from #4 to #13 this week on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart, so it’s about time for the Justified singer to kick off his promotional tour – after all, he should know better than to rely on social networking to fuel his campaign.
The public aren’t giving this song a chance, for the majority of listeners it seems to be a “grower” but radio listeners often don’t care enough to listen as many times necessary. Justin needs to release another more radio-friendly song ASAP before the comeback of 2013 fails.
No word on whether Jay-Z will accompany JT onstage for the debut performance of Suit & Tie. The track has already hit #1 on Billboard’s R&B charts and with a promotional boost it could do very well, it just needs the Senorita singer’s magical vision to bring it to the next stage. The single is serving as the lead single from Timberlake’s upcoming third solo album, The 20/20 Experience, which is due out March 19.
Justin will be just one of many performers that night as Rihanna and Taylor Swift are set to sing also, tune in February 10 to see it all go down.
